Leaf Lounge Child Safety Standards

DHD Software Development, LLC is committed to keeping Leaf Lounge safe. Leaf Lounge has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not use Leaf Lounge to create, upload, share, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. Prohibited activity includes:

• Child sexual abuse material, including real, altered, or computer-generated depictions.
• Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a child.
• Child sex trafficking or any attempt to arrange or promote the sexual exploitation of a child.
• Sharing identifying or private information in a way that places a child at risk.
• Any other content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

2. Age Requirements

Leaf Lounge is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may remove the account and associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Reporting Safety Concerns

Report suspected child exploitation, unsafe behavior, content, or accounts through the reporting controls available in Leaf Lounge or email our child safety contact at support@dhdsoftware.com. Include the relevant username, profile, post, or other details that can help us locate the issue.

Do not download, copy, save, or forward suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports may also be submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline.

4. Review and Enforcement

We review child safety reports and take appropriate action. Actions may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, and reporting confirmed CSAM or other unlawful activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority as required by applicable law.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We comply with applicable child safety laws and respond to valid legal requests. We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations when necessary to protect children and address suspected exploitation or abuse.
