💡 App Basics Guide

🏠 Dashboard

• Tap “+” (top-right) to add an Expense, Income, or Transfer.
• Tap a bill to open its menu:
• Show Payment Progress – view a progress bar for payments
• Duplicate – create a new bill with the same details
• Edit – update the bill’s info
• Delete – remove the bill
• Pay – add a payment for that bill
• Use the Paid / Unpaid / Partial toggles to filter bills.
• You can select one or more toggles at a time to combine filters.

📂 Main Menu

• Tap the ☰ (top-left) to open:
• Accounts
• Payee / Payers
• Categories
• Reports
• Settings

💳 Accounts

• Tap ⋮ (top-right) to Add Account, Reorder Groups, or Reorder Accounts.
• Tap an account to open its menu:
• Add/View Transactions – view or add transactions
• Archive – move the account to the archived list
• Edit – change account details
• Hide / Show Balance – toggle visibility
• Show Current / Available Balance – switch balance display
• Archived Accounts – view and manage accounts you’ve archived

👥 Payee / Payers

• Tap “+” to add a new Payee or Payer. Select the Payee or Payer toggle at the top of the pop-up.
• Tap an item to open its menu:
• View – shows Payee/Payer statistics
• Edit
• Delete

🗂 Categories

• View all Expense and Income categories. Tap “+” to add a new category and select the Expense or Income toggle in the pop-up.
• Tap a category to open its menu:
• View – shows category statistics
• Edit
• Delete

📊 Reports

⚙️ Settings

• Manage your app preferences and account:
• 🎨 Theme Color – customize the app’s color.
• 💾 Backup & Restore Data – save or restore your data (availability depends on subscription).
• 💳 Manage Subscription – upgrade or view your current plan.
• 🗂 Archived Accounts – view accounts you’ve archived.
• 🧹 Clear All Data – permanently remove all app data (use with caution).
• 🔒 Privacy Policy – view how your data is handled.
• 📄 Terms of Service – review app usage terms.
• 💬 Help & Support – get help or contact support.
• ⭐ Rate App – leave a review on the App Store.
