DaySync Terms of Service

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DHD Software Development, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of DaySync, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend your access to DaySync at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use DaySync will cease immediately
• You should remove the application from your devices
• Data retention will be governed by our Privacy Policy
